IPS Takes the Lead for April’s Kick-Off Concert

Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever World Tour kicked off on April 1, 2022, in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with a successful live performance.

For IPS, this marks the beginning music festivals that will saturate the month of April. According to the supervisors, the set-up was a little unusual because there were two general admission entrances to the building. The T-Mobile Arena has a capacity of 20,000 people, and it was completely crowded throughout the event.

IPS dominated the security management of the event. Everything went seamless and health protocols were tightly enforced. Every attendee was required to wear a mask for the entire duration of the event. There were sixteen teams stationed inside the arena, and some staff members were also designated with manning a barricade. There were no gaps or incident reports in the event.

People were more laid back with Billie Eilish’s genre. They were more relaxed and emotional. The majority of attendees broke down in tears as they sang along. There were no troublemakers at this concert since the crowd was so subdued. Incident management is made less difficult as our guards were not forced to deal with incidents. The in-house security team was highly hands-on in dealing with drunk people and troublemakers.
